Dave Johnson, also known as “The Reverend,” has been a comic book artist and animation veteran for over thirty years. He has worked for Marvel, DC Comics, Dark Horse, Image Comics, and many more. He has been nominated for the Eisner Award over seven times, winning once. He has been the cover artist on many books, especially 100 Bullets for Vertigo and Deadpool for Marvel. Dave has also worked on several animation projects including Batman Beyond, Justice League, Legion of Superheroes, and The Venture Bros. He also co-created Ben 10 for Cartoon Network.
In 2005, Dave co-created the Drink and Draw Social Club, which now has chapters all over the world. He has also published two books showcasing the art generated during these events.
Dave is currently working on some writing projects and continues to work in the comics and animation fields.
